The Ticket Search screen in WeighPayOnline.com can be used as a load board to see who is currently assigned to a ticket and see the status of the ticket.

Tickets can be assigned, reassigned and unassigned in the mobile and desktop app for front end operational controls.
Each user has a ONLY MY TICKETS button to filter out transactions that do not belong to them and or in User Settings it can be set a default setting for that user.
