If you lost or forgot your password you need to start a support ticket by emailing [email protected] and an agent will respond via email.
Please indicate the location name and username in the email.
If you need to CHANGE your password you can navigate to Account (top right) and select MY ACCOUNT and reset your password.
WeighPay uses a 5 failed attempt rule that requires the username be RESET in user management by an admin in weighpayonline.com
